Welcome to the Park Medical Centre Website
Named GP for all patients
As one of our patients you have an allocated a named GP, (your registered GP), who has the responsibility for the overall care that our surgery provides to you.
Your allocated, named GP, will take the lead for the co-ordination of any other relevant health and care professionals who are involved in your care.
Please contact the surgery if you wish to know which GP has been allocated to you.
However, as we are a group practice where all GP’s have immediate access to all records of previous patient consultations, please continue to book your appointments with any of our available GP’s.

Would You Recommend Us To Your Friends And Family?
The NHS friends and family test (FFT) is an important opportunity for you to provide feedback on the services that provide your care and treatment. Your feedback will help NHS England to improve services for everyone.
It was introduced in 2013 and asks patients whether they would recommend hospital wards, A&E departments and maternity services to their friends and family if they needed similar care or treatment. This means every patient in these wards and departments is able to give quick feedback on the quality of the care they receive, giving hospitals a better understanding of the needs of their patients and enabling improvements.
The FFT became available in GP practices on December 1 2014. So please let us know if you would recommend us to your friends and family by following this link, or if you prefer, please pop in to the surgery when you are passing and pick up a paper copy.
