Would You Recommend Us To Your Friends And Family?
The NHS friends and family test (FFT) is an important opportunity for you to provide feedback on the services that provide your care and treatment. Your feedback will help NHS England to improve services for everyone.
It was introduced in 2013 and asks patients whether they would recommend hospital wards, A&E departments and maternity services to their friends and family if they needed similar care or treatment. This means every patient in these wards and departments is able to give quick feedback on the quality of the care they receive, giving hospitals a better understanding of the needs of their patients and enabling improvements.
The FFT became available in GP practices on December 1 2014. So please let us know if you would recommend us to your friends and family, please visit this link, or if you prefer, please pop in to the surgery when you are passing and pick up a paper copy.
Changes to car parking arrangements:-
From Monday November 24th, the car park will be reduced to only 2 patient bays, mainly for the disabled, and one Urgent duty Doctor space, so patients should take this into consideration when attending the surgery. This is a short term arrangement while the building work is going on.
Extended Hours Access Scheme:-
From Saturday 15th November to Saturday 14th February 2015 we will be offering an urgent Saturday surgery.
If you need to see a doctor urgently on a Saturday between 8.30 – 12.30 please call 01538 399152 - phone lines open from 8am.
Please note this is for urgent appointments only. The extended hours Saturday pre bookable surgery is not affected.
Electronic Prescription Service is here
From December the 10th 2014 the way in which your prescriptions are handled has changed. Go to "Prescriptions" on the left for more information.
Enhanced online services are coming soon:-
